All information received in response to the BAA that is marked ""proprietary"" will be handled accordingly. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any proprietary information not properly identified. Proprietary information will be safeguarded in accordance with the applicable Government regulations. Responses to the BAA will not be returned nor will the Government confirm receipt of the announcement response, nor provide individual feedback. Whatever information is provided in response to this BAA will be used to access tradeoffs and alternatives available. ; ; White papers and proposals submitted under this BAA will be protected from unauthorized disclosure.
;This BAA will remain open through 30 September 2011 unless superseded, amended, or cancelled. ; Proposals may be submitted any time during this period subject to the proposal submission process described in this BAA.
