Notice of Intent to Sole Source Contract
The Southern Regional Contracting Office - West, on or about, 19 Sep 2011 intends to issue a sole source purchase order/contract to Novel Sensor Technologies of St. Paul, MN for adaptation of an existing software application for use in a military setting for the Doctoral Program in Physical Therapy at the AMEDD Center and School, Ft. Sam Houston, TX. Novel developed the existing algorithms in Phase I of the research through their propriertary software. Additionally Novel holds several patents used to develop the algorithms.
This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
